Refund/cancellation/reschedule Policy:
We understand situations arise when you may need to cancel or reschedule your class ticket. We respectfully request you notify us at least 1 week in advance to receive a full refund minus the cost PayPal processing fees. This allows us time to offer your class spot to another student. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 1 week before your class may be subject to a cancellation fee of 25%. Day of cancellations/no-shows without prior notification are not eligible to receive a refund. In case of emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, please contact us directly to discuss your situation. We may be able to waive the cancellation fee at our discretion.
